Thank you for making our construction project such a wonderful experience. You completed the job within the stated construction time period and the quality of the work is excellent. We greatly appreciated the daily status reports and photos of work completed. You were always honest and straightforward if the project was not going to go according to the contract timeline or if you encountered unexpected problems, which were rare. When we put the job out for bid, you were not the least expensive, but the price we paid was worth it. The only change order was a significant addition I made and you put so much extra into the job that you did not charge us for.

We had a family medical crisis at the beginning of the project and your and your team's sensitivity to our situation was gratifying.
